Orval C. Harrison (b. 1940) is an attorney, politician, and engineer in Utah. Orval C. Harrison earned his B.S. in civil engineering from the University of Wyoming in 1962. He worked as an engineering employee for the Wyoming Highway Department during the summers from 1958 to 1965.
